The house, newly built in 2024 in the Sementina district of Bellinzona, combines minimalist architecture inspired by Nordic design with a rustic-modern character. It is easily accessible by car (only 2 km from the motorway exit “Bellinzona Sud”) or by public transport (the bus stop “Sementina, Mondasce” is just 100 m away, with direct connections to the Bellinzona and Giubiasco train stations).

The surroundings offer numerous restaurants, bars, pastry shops, and grocery stores. In addition, the Ticino river and the Magadino plain are very close by – perfect for walks or sporting activities.

The cable car in Monte Carasso, leading to Curzutt, the Tibetan Bridge and Mornera, as well as the Sementina river for cooling off, are easily accessible. The city centre of Bellinzona, as well as the towns of Locarno and Lugano, can also be reached comfortably by car or train.

The holiday apartment “Casa Carlo” (approx. 95 m²) extends over two floors:

First floor: Entrance with wardrobe and laundry room.

Second floor: Spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace (approx. 25 m²) with a magnificent mountain view.

On the ground floor, there is a garden with both a lawn and a gravel area, a garden table, and a private parking space.

All rooms offer views of the surrounding mountains.
